“If I could I'd give this place 6 stars!! Attention all south siders - this is the place to go! I had contacted a few places on Yelp based on the great reviews only to find they didn't service the south side of Chicago. I called a friend of mine (wish I had done weeks earlier) and she recommended JD Harps. Cindy in the office is so very sweet and accommodating and had someone at my house in less than an hour. Needed a new motor for my furnace which needed to be ordered but they came by and installed it less than 24 hours later. Can I say again how awesome they are? Mark told me everything that was wrong and was very professional and courteous. THIS is what a great business looks like.”

“I recently contacted J.D. Harps for an A.C. service call and was blown away. For starters, the scheduler couldn't have been nicer. When my 10am appointment was delayed due to an earlier job, she called at 9:45am to ensure a 10:30am arrival was okay. The tech actually arrived early at 10:20am, apologized for the delay, and got right to work checking the outside compressor and inside blower. It turned out the compressor was just a few pounds low and needed a charge. You'd think being behind schedule would make him rush through my job, but NO WAY!
